Our breeding program is emphasizing a rugged and hardy, range ready sire. To ensure the quality of lambs produced by Jehovah-jireh sires we follow these guidelines:

~Production Recording: Only vigorous and growthy ram lambs that were born as twins or triplets to easy keeping dams with high, tight and capacious udders.

~Parasite Resistance: FAMACHA scoring is used to weed out bloodlines that are more susceptible to internal parasites.

~Fleece Quality: We breed for density, luster, strength, fiber diameter, handle and yield!

 ~Conformation: We breed for correct bite, long neck, wide chest, clean shoulder, strong topline, wide and long-long loin, soft flank, big hips, deep hocks, strong pasterns and hard hooves! 

~Disposition: We want stock that are easy to work and mild mannered, but still alert for predators. Aggressive rams are BBQ!
